Con i nuovi risultati degli studi DESTINY sembra proprio che le prospettive per gli anticorpi coniugati debbano cambiare: dallo sfruttamento di target sovraespressi (HER2 nel caso specifico), alla comprensione del ruolo di minime espressioni e allo sviluppo - proprio del tipo “tumor agnostic” - in caso di mutazioni attivanti presenti in neoplasie diverse.
