What does CYBER INTELLIGENCE mean? As Daniel Goleman coined the term, emotional intelligence, I use cyber intelligence to refer to a person's capacity for learning and understanding cyber issues. Someone who's more cyber intelligent than others will be able to better protect oneself from cyber threats.
