This one is super short + simple — I was so lucky to have one of our execs in a fireside chat and I thought I'd distill and share the advice she gave, because we don't gatekeep helpful things here.

It’s never too late to make a shift in your career.
Prioritize yourself & take time off when needed.
It’s hard to make good decisions when you’re tired & burnt out.
Be intentional about what you say yes to.
Be ruthless with your schedule.
Learn as much as you can; don’t be afraid to move companies or even roles, especially in the startup world, after 2-5 years.
Don’t be busy for the sake of being busy.
Don’t be afraid to Google what you don’t know.
You could keep working later at night but that doesn’t mean you should - also think about how it makes someone feel to receive communication from you at a later hour.
Take time every day to move your body.
