Ankesh is the founder of Let’s Chat, the world’s first private chat service for sales teams. From India to London and a final move to the U.S., Ankesh is no stranger to the importance of effective communication. In the late 80s into the early ’90s, Ankesh pursued both an MSc and an MBA in the United Kingdom. Upon completing both programs he moved to the Bay Area where he caught the startup bug in Silicon Valley.
Fast forward twenty-five years, Ankesh launched several successful startups, including an IT staffing firm that grossed over twenty-five million in revenue in a four year period. Today we discuss Ankesh’s background, how and why salespeople can best communicate with customers and prospects, and his best practices for business success!
In the “Ron’s Rundown” segment I will share my thoughts on the NCAA versus California, why there isn’t a retail apocalypse, and my quick Tupac Shakur story.
