Herb was an all-American family man. 3 kids, a doting wife, successful business.... from the outside looking in, nobody would have guessed that the skeletal remains of 11gay men he murdered were strewn around his backyard. Herb is also believed to have been the I-70 strangler from the 80's in which the bodies of 12 men and boys were found strangled and discarded between Ohio and Indiana.
