mostra másHe is motivated to drive this mission by his experience working with patients and as his own path incorporating cannabis to help treat his Crohn's Disease. In the cannabis industry, he has worked in compliance and community development and was the Program Director of the compassion program Mission: Compassion which provided free cannabis medicine to low-income patients. He was a founding member of the California Compassion Coalition which drove the passage of SB34 which created compliant pathways for compassionate cannabis activities in California. His thirty- five year career in publishing includes serving as Publisher and Executive Director at the nonprofit publisher North Atlantic Books and currently as Associate Publisher and Managing Director at Synergetic Press which focuses on psychedelics, regenerative practices, and social justice.
