Today I'm celebrating 13 years of making mistakes in business, whoop whoop!

Yep, thirteen years ago it was just little old me in my one bedroom apartment (single, footloose and fancy free... but that's another story!), feeling stoked that I had no-one to answer to other than myself.

I also had absolutely no idea what I was doing; zero clients on my books; and no plan on how I was going to replace my corporate income and pay the rent...

Which seems completely laughable now!

Thankfully I ignored my boss at the time who warned me against going solo; and with bucketloads of hope and a very delusional mind, I surged forward proud as punch that I could say I was my own boss - something I had wanted for SO damn long.

A lot has gone wrong during those years, and I've never hidden the fact that my business very nearly folded in the early days.

So as you can imagine I've learned a lot during that time, so in this episode I'm sharing with you 13 quick standout lessons that I reckon have made a big difference to the way I feel about my business and the results I've achieved.
