John Matheson is the CEO of Leverage, a finance software designed to help
business owners and commercial property investors make more informed
financing decisions. This software that John has created allows users to
calculate transaction data against today's standard commercial underwriting
guidelines and determine the likelihood of a funding request getting approved.
With Leverage, John hopes to not only educate business owners, commercial
property investors, and entrepreneurs, but also to give them a sense of
empowerment before walking into a bank.
John joins me to discuss his background, the relationship between the banker and the business owner, how his software adds value by reducing barriers between that relationship, lending in this PPP and SBA loan/pandemic environment, his thoughts on the importance of family, and his best practices for success!
