Shout out to Mr. Mendiola (Calculus Teacher Sweetwater High in National City) helped Marina figure out that she should switch from PreMed to Mechanical Engineering.
If you really try you can make the time to join student orgs which will definitely help you prepare in your career. Allows meeting people with similar goals to succeed. Ultimately have a school-life-work balance.
Shout out to Skye Edwards (UCSD, SHPE president ’19-’20) is a great influence & role model.
How she observes the reason why there are less females in STEM courses. The response will surprise you!!
Value your childhood, it goes by too fast!!
