However, this time race day through most everyone a curve ball with colder temps, low humidity, and no cross wind. She talks about the shift in mindset when seeing a teammate. Traveling from Missouri to Galveston, Texas is quite an adventure. She talks about a few tips that any age grouper can use to help have a better race.
