It's that time again, but we've gone for a slightly different approach in discussing our games of the year this time. Well, we've pretty much wholesale thieved Polygon's 'The Besties' 'Battle Royale' format - where we arbitrarily seed our shortlist of games by a number of different criteria and then let them face off against one another until there is one victor.
