We’ve both come a long way since 1999, where we met @ Telewest, Then NTL / Telewest before it became Virgin Media Business.

I worked for him for 11 years until I threw my teddy out the cot and left.
We discuss why, sales people, how have they changed , changes in teams, hiring, firing, attitudes, glass ceilings, and lots more. Open and honest.

A man I respect immensely and a man whose brain I’ve picked over coffee on more than one occasion. He had a term “your numbers will set you free”, a mantra I still live by today.
