On the day of August 13th, 1986, the life of the Morton family changed when 31-year-old mother and wife Christine Morton was murdered in her home. Police immediately turned to her husband Michael Morton charging and convicting him of the crime. Michael sat in prison for the homicide of Christine till new DNA evidence linked her homicide to the murder of 34-year-old Debra Masters Baker who was murdered 2 years after Christine while Michael was in prison.
