Jordan is the Owner of Performance One, A training facility in Lehi, UT that specializes in sports performance. Before starting his business, he was a former star linebacker at BYU and named to the NSCA All-American team.
He has worked with 1,000’s of athletes over the years and has a clientele that ranges from youth to professional athletes and anyone looking to reach their highest potential.
Jordan is passionate about helping people with mindset, fitness, and nutrition. If he’s not in the gym, you can find him spending time with his dogs and his 2 beautiful kids, Penelope and Prime. He comes on the podcast to discuss life after football and running a highly successful sports training facility. Mark and members of his family have trained with Jordan and his staff.
