In the premiere episode of anthology series Impending Pasts, Sci-Fi author Kurt Vonnegut imagines a world in which humanity has discovered the cure for aging - and dying is a mere choice. In this world, he questions who in power has the right to choose between life and death, and the true meaning of that choice.

"Impending Pasts" is an episodic science fiction anthology show, that brings new life to forgotten short stories from the public domain - complete with new scripts, expansive voice casts, professional sound design, and an originally composed score.
