Nick medically retired after 13 years on the force in various capacities, from patrol, to detective, to SWAT, and undercover. Nick talks about his struggle with post-traumatic stress and chemical dependency and what brought him to start The Resiliency Project. The Resiliency Project provides mental health resources to first responders around the country.
