Why can't you fall in love with taking care of yourself? Think about how much time you spend loving things in life, your favorite red pants that fit right, the pizza that melts in my mouth, and cheese drips as the slice is separated from the pie. What about the vacation pictures you look at repeatedly, daydreaming of the warm sand under my feet and clear ocean blue water, and course, your beautiful children? Why is it so hard to fall in whole with taking care of yourself? Guilt. Shame. Misguidedness. Part of loving yourself means having a support system, and there are many benefits to having a support system, aka your village.
