How do you know when you are on the verge of burnout? And what is causing it? Mich Bondesio looks at the causes of workplace burnout and the signs and symptoms to watch out for.
Burnout plays an important role in why Intentional Productivity (a concept introduced in Season 5) is so crucial for our wellbeing. And episode 32 is about stress in general and the stressors within our bodies that influence burnout. It also covers what to look out for in terms of symptoms and dives into specific work-related causes of burnout.
In season 6, Mich Bondesio is covering what the term actually means, how to recognise the symptoms and stressors associated with burnout, what causes it and how to avoid it. We’ll also look at methods of prevention and remedies you can use to help break the cycle of burnout so that it doesn’t keep happening to you.
