We discuss the importance of foundation classes even for professional dancers and how to make sure you're getting the most out of your training regardless of your ability. Sydney is on a journey of self discovery as a dancer and choreographer in LA and I loved being able to sit down and discuss this time in her life as a tool/resource that will hopefully assist other aspiring artists in similar positions.
