A lot of us really underestimate the dangers of the new COVID strains due to our cognitive biases, but worrying doesn't solve anything! I strongly agree that we should change our approach drastically to adapt to the new reality.

I'm a person who worried a lot especially when it comes to health. As you know, health costs a lot and indeed it is wealth. I don't know if I have enough medical insurance to cover the cost if ever I got sick but I know it is something to worry about. Anyway, you were on point in saying that as long as we follow the health and safety protocols - wearing a mask, washing our hands, and among other - there's really nothing to worry about.

It may feel unreal, but that’s simply our cognitive biases telling us that, just like they did early in the pandemic. Don’t be caught off guard, again, by ignoring this warning. Thanks for sharing this episode!
