Sarah Rusbatch is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, accredited 'Grey Area Drinking' coach, host of two thriving communities for women in sobriety and a passionate ambassador for supporting women change their relationship with alcohol - for good! If like a lot of women through the pandemic you have started to question your own relationship with alcohol or are just interested in taking a break from alcohol, Sarah runs judgement free alcohol free challenges, and also works with clients one on one to guide them with an alcohol free life. She joins us in The Confessional to talk about her own journey with alcohol and how she found sobriety and her purpose.
