Resistance ‘that internal force that stops you from showing up as your best’. 'Resistance at the precipice' can be an infuriating place of ‘stuckness’ right when we are on the cusp of a breakthrough. Even though we know how important it is to take risks, let ourselves fail and make mistakes, and grow from the experience, we still get caught in negative, loops, wondering why (tf) is this so difficult???!! Why, when we want something so much, is there so much pushback?

Why is it that ‘knowing’ (what the problem is), doesn’t seem to help that much? Well, in today's episode Angela and Gemma are delving into their shadow side and discovering just who and what is on their resistance team. No strangers to the push and pull of the creative process, they each share what has (and hasn’t) worked for them in their battles with resistance. It’s not over till it’s over….
