Jodie is a degree qualified naturopath, nutritionist, experienced senior yoga teacher, former personal trainer and fitness instructor and has studied psychology. She's incredibly educated and experienced when it comes to educating and guiding women in holistic health. And she is ready to share all the expertise she has to help as many women as possible stay happy and healthy.

Just after this recorded episode she dives straight into a nourishing bath, and has shared her bath recipe with you ~
2 cups of epsom salts
¼ cup of baking soda
1 Tbsp of fractionated coconut oil
2 drops of doTERRA lavender essential oil
2 drops of doTERRA cedarwood essential oil
Mix: in a small dish, the coconut oil with the drops of essential oil and then add all into the bath while running it.
