This will help us to understand the requirements for future social work managers in this field. We need to think not only about the plant but also about the greenhouse where plants can grow. The greenhouses are the living laboratories, such as our Higher Education Institutions, that offer boundless opportunities for discovery, innovation, and sustainability. When it comes to educating the next generation of social work managers, we must remember that it's a collaborative effort that requires a multi- and transdisciplinary approach.
