Bryan Falchuk is an author, public speaker, C-level executive, certified personal trainer, and behavior change specialist. He has been coaching people on how to change their lives for the better using a philosophy he developed to overcome challenges and achieve goals that he teaches in his best-selling book, Do a Day.
