Welcome back to Able Voice Podcast with certified music therapists Hayley Francis Cann and Kimberly Dolan. In this episode we talk about closure - a topic that music therapists have plenty of theory about during the course of study. However, sometimes closure isn't always as neat and tidy as we might hope it to be. In this episode we explore how we navigate closure or, in some cases, lack of, both for our clients and for ourselves. We talk about the unique situation COVID-19 has placed us in and the state of pause it has placed on some of our relationships with facilities and clients. This is a topic that has the capacity to go much deeper and we want to hear from you! Take a listen, let us know your thoughts, and maybe even share some tips!
