John Packes has been a key influencer in the technology and innovation space since 1998. He has worked with major corporations to conceptualize product enhancements and technology innovations across verticals including gaming, retail, internet, e-commerce and more.


Over the past decade John has founded two technology innovation and production companies serving Fortune 100 and 500 clients and has successfully brought a variety of digital products to market both as inventor and consultant. He is a named inventor on over 60 US and International patents.


John was appointed EXIT Realty’s Director of Innovation and Technology in 2015 and Chief Technology Officer in 2018, overseeing all of EXIT’s technology and programming teams.
