I use my specialist knowledge and work as a brain coach with high performers; entrepreneurs, athletes, musicians, models, to improve their ability to perform well in uncertain situations. I do this through a 4 pillar content structure with my coaching which helps the individual eliminate stress, to create certainty within their decision making and consequently their performance. My most recent work has ranged from improving cognitive performance with ambassadors in @nike to raising awareness of how to correctly utilize nooptopics improving brain functioning, with a company called @cognetics.”
