Today’s episode is about depression. A feeling and experience that is so strong and intense that one can feel like both the prisoner and the jailer at the same time.

Rylee and I discuss what depression is, what it feels like, what we did/do to find joy, what depression looks like for some, and so on.

This episode is not meant to be depressing, but I do read several quotes about depression, and they are real and raw!!! Hopefully, if anything, they are validating or they help you understand what depression feels like.
