This meditation from the Master-PEACE circle is led by Danielle Palli and is a variation of the 5-5-5 breathing meditation provided to us by Cynthia Ackrill, MD. This powerful breathwork helps us balance our Parasympathetic and Sympathetic Nervous Systems, which - in turn - supports better cardiovascular health. This meditation has also been linked to lower blood pressure, increased vagal tone (allowing someone to relax more quickly after stress), and higher heart rate variability (which helps us adapt to physical stressors such as exercise and recovery post exertion).
