My eating habits have improved since my bout with cancer. Your'e right about the food. Stay away from the boxed crap in the center of the store. Try to gravitate toward the fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy around the market's perimeters. Learn to cook stuff from scratch as much as possible and cut back drastically on salt, sugar, fat and carbs. Don't try to go cold turkey, though. No need to punish yourself. All things in moderation.

I do not drink alcohol or soda, I do not do drugs recreational or prescription, and I have no piercings or tattoos.

Since the only places we ever went were the grocery stores, pharmacy and gas station to begin with (very occasional Post Office), we are not missing going places and if anything, terrifying to have to limit our trips to town, wearing a mask which does not want to stay put and knocks my glasses off, not touch my face, and discover that I cannot get everything I need in a single store trip because they are out of stock.
