Sabita Poudel emigrated from Nepal to Medicine Hat Alberta with her husband and daughter. The cultural struggles are immense, including having to learn a new language. But living in the “Free World” has its advantages, such as more time for herself and access to personal growth information. Sabita discovered that the power of positive thinking can bring you peace and that thoughts are like clouds in the sky, they come, and they go.
