Hebrew Name for God - Adonai

The Hebrew word for Lord is adon, which means the roof, the owner, the master, and the one who's in charge. So Adon is the Name of God As Lord of the Universe. He is the Owner, Master of All His Creation.

When You Add a Small Mark at the End of the Word, Now Is the Name of God – Adonai. The difference is Adon mains Lord, like in the LORD God of Israel (e.g., Exodus 34:23). God is called the "Lord of lords"(Deuteronomy 10:17) and Psalm 8:1 that mentions God as "YHVH our Lord."
