Did life kick you down or throw you into a storm? That happens to many of us at some point in life. There will be struggles like seeing a loved one become sick and pass away, or dealing with the end of a marriage or job or home or....fill in the blank. Life has storms. Learning how to overcome the storm and start to jump back in. When you were in the middle of the storm you had to show up, are ou recline into the pain? It's time to change that and grow from the lessons you experienced and if possible take that wisdom and share it with other people. You were not the first one down that road of struggle and you will not be the last. But the question is what are you going to do with it? It's time to jump back into living life and lean into faith instead of leaning into fear, guilt, anxiety, anger, depression or regret. Let the past go and move into creating something new with all of these experiences.
