Included among the questions/topics are: what is an emergency response vs. an incidental release, where can you find regulations covering ER requirements, what is the difference between public sector emergency responders (fire fighters) and private sector industry, and is it important for the private sector to train their own in-house ER teams? Also covered are the different levels of ER training. Kelly finishes the discussion by sharing examples of some customized emergency response training programs that include security/crisis response, first aid/CPR, and even workplace violence avoidance training.
