Alyse is a Buti yoga instructor whose classes are heavy on the cardio and strength training. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years and fell in love with Buti 3 years ago. She is a former kickboxing trainer and loves a good high energy, sweaty class. She is an independent hairstylist by day and strives every day to grow, learn, and inspire. She has experience in different meditation modalities and enjoys sharing that with people as well.
