I met Kathy and Amanda at Grinduro Switzerland 🇨🇭, when we stopped after a tough climb and all together we drank a beer having fun and talk inclusivity. There I got to know about their project the Flashpoint MVMNT a group of people riding their bike improving representation in the cycling world. And the motto is very simple: we want more people on the bike.
