He has been a certified appraiser for 35 years and most of his work has been in Houston, TX. He spent a few years in Austin, San Antonion, Dallas and McAllen, and a short period in other states. His knowledge and wisdom on appraisals will equip you to know what to look for in your report, when to have an appraisal done, and what the difference between the appraisal the market analysis from your realtor are!
