At some point in our lives or careers, we have all experienced a moment where even though we are taking action and doing the "right Things", the results just aren't showing up! If this moment lasts for any amount of time, we start to question ourselves and may start doubting that things will ever be different or "normal" again!

I speak about Playing to Win vs. Playing Not to Lose. Yet did you know that Playing to win is also possible when you aren't winning? However, you get to decide how long you stay in this position.
Two things will determine if you move back to Winning or transfer over to Playing not to Lose. Those two things are, paying attention to the feedback that is right in front of you combined with working on your thoughts and beliefs!
