Soon she found out that her physical issues were directly related to her childhood traumas, which weren’t even recognized as trauma at that time, and through the learning of the connection between mind and body, quantum healing and many different modalities found a way to recover.


Meantime started to help others in similar situations and struggle to get better because even many mental health professionals often don’t understand what trauma is and that can be healed. She recognizes that more people than we realize suffer from childhood trauma and their behaviors often cause trauma for their children and that we all need to stop this cycle of trauma. Her approach marks a paradigm shift in the treatment of CPTSD, moving away from conventional methods that merely “dilute symptoms” to a more comprehensive approach of “turning off traumatic responses,” guiding individuals toward recovery, freedom, and purposeful life.
