A couple of years ago, someone gave me a can of old-school Barbasol shaving cream. I started using it and realized it worked just as well as the fancy and more expensive cream I've been using for decades! Plus the Barbasol lasted longer too. It made me think about fitness...if we took a "Barbasol" approach to fitness, would we also save money and get the same or even better results? Why do we overcomplicate fitness and our lives? #thelongroad
