- Barbie Prawn Skewers
- 500g large prawns, peeled with tails on
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate prawns for 10 minutes.
- Thread prawns onto pre-soaked skewers.
- Grill on a hot barbecue for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
