In Ephesians 4:31-32 we are instructed to "Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, outcry and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and tender-hearted." How many of us are quick to anger? Who among us pauses to reflect on the consequences of our actions? Which one of us is eager to allowing God's love to heal our anxious hearts so that we may express words of healing instead of hurt?
