Tonight on the program we spent some time discussing Kai Kloepfer, a high school senior who is aspiring to design the world's first smart gun. The gun would use a chip which would require confirmation to fire by way of a fingerprint reader on the butt of the gun. We also put on a discussion of the IRS and who really is responsible for the tax laws. Listen in so you have a better understanding of what the IRS really is responsible for.
