“I think the exciting thing there is the cost of failure, so if it takes me weeks and I’m working for you, if I come back next week and I say it didn’t work, OK? But if I come back in a year and a half on one project and say it didn’t work, and you’ve paid me for a year and a half, that’s a very different comparison.
