The beautiful thing about major life transitions is that they create a natural opportunity to reflect, plan, and integrate the moving pieces that need to be in place while the CEO is away. The process builds internal motivation to get to where you want to be. Business planning and integration are as easy as you decide they can be.
“If you put your intention into action, it won't lead you in the wrong direction. Whatever happens, happens, and you'll pivot as needed. There's nothing wrong with being a planner, planning ahead, and getting yourself into a position where you can say, “Okay, this feels good.” If you plan ahead, if you start thinking a little bit further into the future in your business, your content will become so much easier because you’ll know what to talk about and how to talk about it because you’ll know what's coming.”
