Alyse Bacine has always been a seeker. At a very young age, she had many metaphysical experiences that she would later understand as her psychic gifts. As a highly sensitive psychic and empath, growing up wasn’t easy. She was always aware of what everyone around her was thinking and feeling and it was uncomfortable and overwhelming. She often found herself in unhealthy relationship dynamics where she gave her power away. In a search for answers, she discovered breathwork at the age of 19 while working at a yoga studio. At the time she was struggling with disordered eating, body issues, and anxiety, all the result of not understanding her gifts. Through breathwork, she was able to heal and there she began to understand herself and the world in a completely new way.

Her mission is to guide you to transmute that trauma and breakthrough that glass ceiling rapidly and efficiently, just as she has done with herself. Alyse has over a decade of experience as a mental health professional, with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Certification in Social Emotional Learning so she understands how to recognize and release old programming in a very efficient way.
