We encourage you to move intentionally through this series, staying with each step for as many repeated practices as it feels appropriate for you before progressing. In this experience, you will practice intentionally engaging the low abdomen as you breathe out. Amanda Green co-leads the California cohort of Yoga Well's Yoga Therapist Training and leads weekly classes through Yoga Well: Yoga for Vitality and Strength, Gentle Yoga, and Teaching Gentle Yoga.
