Along with Stats Can, CMHC has compared housing prices, approval delays and developer restrictions across major markets and finds the Greater Toronto area municipalities are almost the slowest with the heaviest red tape in Canada. He talks about housing affordability and a recent report that finds that approval time delays are the number one cause of unaffordable housing and creating our current crisis. We discuss all other factors causing the housing crisis.
