Brian Crombie introduces you to two very impressive young people.

Janelle Allan is a student in her 4th year at Western University working towards Honours Specialization in Media Information and Technoculture (MIT). She has been an active executive member of Western’s Black Student Association for the past two years. She is an accomplished artist who has showcased her Digital art series called “Black IS Beautiful” at exhibitions such as Toronto Public Library Deer Park branch and “The Future is Now” Sommerville 630 in London ON.


Darien Gordon is an activist and aspiring politician from St Thomas who was nominated for a Humanitarian Award recently. He works with a cat shelter, a farmers market, and a major effort to clean bike Paths and parks.
